Having purchased our RV 14months ago, my husband and I are now prepared to offer our review of Signature RV. So often reviews are given within a few weeks of a purchase. This is before in our opinion the whole dealership has been experienced, to include the service department. We can only say it has been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way !! Our experience with Signature RV has been a pleasant surprise. As newcomers to the RV/Motorhome world—having previously owned a fifth wheel—we appreciated that Nathan wasn’t a pushy salesman. Instead, he quickly understood our needs and helped us find the perfect fit. We purchased a three-year-old Thor Windsport 29M, which we’re absolutely thrilled with. Naturally, we discovered a couple of minor issues, but the after-sales service has been exceptional. We opted for a two-year extended warranty, and every concern we raised was addressed promptly and efficiently—exactly the kind of service you hope for from a dealership. As beginners, we had plenty of questions, and Nathan has been incredibly responsive, answering every message quickly, which we truly appreciated. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely recommend Signature RV and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Having bought several Thor motorhomes off Signature, their service is excellent, but they are also thoroughly nice people to deal with too. Signature now look after my 40ft Thor Aria and deliver it to all the UK Circuits, they arrange maintenance etc and are always contactable whenever needed. Aftercare is important and these guys really deliver on every front. Can highly recommend.

Wow where to start From visiting signature I was greeted by Nathan who asked what are needs for an RV were (to help the selection process) we picked an older RV which they were selling for some one else as it was our first luckily when signature tested the RV in showed the starting of a fault they spoke to the owner who wouldn't fix the fault It was one of them it would either last 10 years or 6 months? So they offered us a different RV which was a little more but certainly met our needs with us having 2 young children at this time (not just to get more money out of us) For got to say on our first first even Steve the owner came over and introduced him self as Steve not the owner which we felt was a nice touch, On our first couple of outing we could ring Nathen who was at hand to help and advise us which is unheard of as it was after 5pm I spoke to Nathen 12 months later as we were expecting our 3rd child child and wanted a larger RV in the next year Nathen said we have had one come in which would suit our needs (again not just sales speal as there was no pressure) we viewed it and fell in love straight away, Steve did us a great deal on the part X (he wouldn't put me a new CD radio in tho lol) So we brought our second What was really impressive we went to Malvern truck show on of the sides would not extend and Ross offered to come out to us to try and sort the problem as we have young children (where would you get that after sales service from) Luckily it was just the middle door wasn't shut properly so the sensor would not let the side extend (school boy error) What more could I say but I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy our next RV I own ADS truck parking in stoke for anyone who wants to get in touch to verify this review as my number is on there Thank you to all at Signature motorhome
